- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return

- Clear photos of the product, if applicable
Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

If approved:

6. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
